きつねうどんの作り方  How to make udon with sweetened deep-fried tofu

1.うどん出汁二人分を作ります
  出汁800ml、みりん大さじ2、醤油大さじ1、塩小さじ1を火にかけます
2.うどん3玉、袋の一部分を開けて、電子レンジで2分加熱します
3.葱を刻み、さっと水洗いします
4.沸騰したうどん出汁にうどん玉を入れて、再沸騰したら器に盛ります
5.別に作ったきつねと刻み葱をのせ、出汁を注ぎ、完成です

Boil soup stock with two spoonful of mirin and a spoonful of salt
2. Heat three udon packs with a microwave oven for two minutes
3. Chop a leek and wash them
4. Drop udon in the boiled soup, and when boiled again, serve it in a bowl-like vessel
5. Put chopped leek and sweetened deep-fried tofu, and pour soup
