● Meat sauce pasta
◼︎Ingredients (Spaghetti for 2 people, meat sauce is easy to make)
300g minced beef
1 onion (chopped)
1/2 celery (chopped)
1 garlic (chopped)
Olive oil 1 tbsp and 1/2
1/2 cup red wine
1 can of whole tomato (400g)
1 red pepper (excluding seeds)
1/2 tablespoon of Western-style soup base (granules)
1 tsp miso
A little salt and pepper
How to make
 Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add garlic, onion and celery, and fry salt and pepper well.
 When the vegetables are soft, add the ground beef and red pepper and fry the ground meat.
 When the color of the meat changes, add red wine and turn it on high heat.
Add cans of whole tomato, Western-style soup base, and miso (if you have laurier).
Crush the whole tomatoes, cover and stir over low heat for 30 minutes.
 Boil plenty of hot water in a pan, and add salt (out of quantity) to 1% salt.
(4 tsp for 2 liters)
Put the spaghetti and boil as indicated on the bag.
 Serve spaghetti and meat sauce,
If you like, scrape parmesan cheese as you like.
